Amendment to Parking Management Agreement
Summary:

CNL’s predecessor in interest CNL Plaza LTD, CNL Plaza II, LTD, the City, and LPS of America, Inc. entered into a parking facility Management Agreement for the City/CNL Parking Garage on January 6, 2014.  This Amendment to the Management Parking Agreement is to add the requirement that the Operator LPS of America, Inc. is to have Privacy and Network Security Insurance in addition to the previously required insurance coverages.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Amendment to  Management Agreement and authorization for the Mayor/Mayor Pro-Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
