Summary:
The attached Interlocal Aid Agreement for Fire Protection and Rescue Services between the City of Winter Park and the City of Orlando provides for mutual aid of fire and rescue services between the Winter Park Fire-Rescue Department and the Orlando Fire Department. Pursuant to this agreement, the fire chiefs of the two departments will develop a written operational plan describing procedures for the provision of aid across municipal boundaries.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached interlocal agreement and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk or the Mayor Pro Tempore and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City upon final review and approval by the City Attorney.
