The following sealed bid was received in response to the subject solicitation:

The Procurement and Contracts Division and the Recreation Division have evaluated these bids and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Florida Select Officials of Winter Garden, FL, for the purchase of softball game officiating services.  

The initial contract term is three (3) year with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.  This is an indefinite quantity contract.  Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding.  Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $146,022.00.

Approval of award to Florida Select Officials and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into an agreement and subsequent renewals with Florida Select Officials as indicated above in the estimated annual amount of $146,022.00, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
