Summary:
In 1991, the City of Orlando began printing an annual calendar for public distribution to foster awareness of historic preservation in Orlando.
The McCoy Federal Credit Union has graciously sponsored the Historic Preservation Board Calendars since 2011 and all proved to be a great success. The McCoy Federal Credit Union has again agreed to sponsor the printing and production of the City's 2018 Historic Preservation Board Calendar and photo competition at an estimated cost of $11,000 for the calendar and $1,300 for the competition prizes. At no cost to the City, McCoy Federal Credit Union will provide 5,000 copies of the 2018 Historic Preservation Calendar to the City of Orlando for distribution and pay the photo contest winners directly the $100 prize per winning photo. As consideration for its payment of printing, as well as, the competition costs, the calendar will have the McCoy Federal Credit Union logo at the bottom of each page as the sponsor.

Recommended Action:
Accept donation from the McCoy Federal Credit Union to fund the printing and prize costs of the City's 2018 Historic Preservation Calendar and photo competition, estimated at $12,300, with the company's logo appearing on each calendar page. |
