Temporary Construction & Access Easement for Modification of existing storm-water Infrastructure at Downtown UCF campus
Summary:
UCF and the City previously entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated February 8, 2016 (MOU) that outlines the responsibilities of the parties regarding the development of the downtown UCF campus.  Per the MOU, UCF has started construction of the new campus, and the City is responsible for modifying the existing stormwater infrastructure on the site and surrounding area to accommodate the new campus.  UCF has agreed to grant an easement to the City for the City's construction of the necessary stormwater infrastructure on the UCF site.  The easement will expire on the earlier to occur of December 31, 2017 or completion of the stormwater work.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Temporary Nonexclusive Construction and Access Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
