Temporary Use Permit for an Expansion of the Artistic Mural Pilot Program
Summary:

Authorizes a single-site expansion to the existing Artistic Murals pilot program for the West Arts District site at 1011 W. Central Boulevard. This Temporary Use Permit would be for one year and allow for additional artwork on-site, provided they meet certain criteria and have on-site management to coordinate artists and art.  This Temporary Use Permit would also authorize the Planning Official to extend this program for two additional one-year terms based on the effectiveness of the program.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the attached Temporary Use Permit authorizing the single-site expansion to the Artistic Murals pilot program for the West Arts District at 1011 W. Central Boulevard.
