Summary:
Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) uses the attached escrow agreements to enter escrow funds provided by the City into their financial system. These funds were addressed in the local funding agreement (LFA) that City Council approved on July 10, 2017. That LFA with the FDOT is to upgrade traffic signals to mast arms and certain pedestrian crosswalks with stamped asphalt. This work is part of the FDOT project 239496-3 to widen John Young Pkwy (SR 423) from north of Colonial Dr to Shader Rd. This is a complement to the previous work north of Shader Rd.
This action will approve two escrow agreements, one for the mast arms and the other for stamped asphalt crosswalks.
Note that the two agreements contain a pen-and-ink change to the FDOT financial project number from 239496-3-52-02 (mast arms) and 239496-3-52-03 (crosswalks) to 239496-3-52-01 (both agreements). |
