Reclaim Water Easement Agreement between City of Orlando and Landport Land Holdings, LLC
Summary:

Landport Land Holding, LLC, a related company to Lake Nona Land Company, LLC, "Landport," has constructed a reclaimed water line along Landport Drive for the City's provision of reclaimed water.  Under the terms of the attached Easement Agreement, the City will assume operation of the line, but Landport will retain primary maintenance responsibilities with the City maintaining the meter assembly only.  
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Maintenance Costs shall be paid from 4100_F Wastewater Revenue Fund.
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Reclaim Water Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
