Summary:
The City's disorderly conduct ordinance has long sought to ensure that our streets and sidewalks allow for the safe movement of people and vehicles. Proposed Ordinance 2017-43 would make it unlawful for a person to distribute any object to, or receive any object from an occupant of a motor vehicle while it is stopped on a public roadway. |
