Summary:

The City of Orlando has been approved and awarded a grant in the amount of $47,003.00 from the State of Florida, Department of State to Harry P. Leu Gardens.

The funds are used to help support special events, educational programming and horticultural collections at the Gardens matching dollar to dollar current budget expenditures.

Recommended Action:
Approval by the City Council and the Mayor to accept the awarded 2018 Division of Cultural Affairs Grant #18.c.ps.170.023 in the amount of $47,003.00 on behalf of the City of Orlando and Harry P. Leu Gardens.
