Summary:

The City of Orlando Police Department will submit the 2017 Evidence.com Partner Application Programming Interface Usage Terms of Service Agreement for Axon Enterprise, Inc. (Axon).

This agreement is for Axon to assist in migrating body worn camera footage from Evidence.com to our new Vault system. The agreement contains confidentiality provisions and indemnity language.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the application and execution by the Mayor authorizing Chief John W. Mina to sign and submit agreement on behalf of the City of Orlando.
