Subordination of Utility Interests Florida Department of Transportation - Parcel 283.3

Summary:

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is requesting the dedication of property for a sidewalk along South Orange Avenue in preparation for the construction of the new development.   The FDOT has asked OUC and the City to subordinate a portion of an easement, acquired at no cost by OUC, located within the FDOT Parcels 283.3.  The location of the affected easement is north of Holden Avenue and west of South Orange Avenue.   There are OUC facilities within the subordinated portion of the affected easement.   FDOT agrees to pay for any relocation of OUC facilities if necessary.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Subordination of Utility Interests - Florida Department of Transportation - Parcel 283.3 and authorization  for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same; subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
