The FDOT has asked OUC and the City to subordinate a portion of an easement, acquired at no cost by OUC, located within the FDOT Parcels 283.3. The location of the affected easement is north of Holden Avenue and west of South Orange Avenue. There are OUC facilities within the subordinated portion of the affected easement.
