| Recommended Action: | Approval of the proposed Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District millage rate of 1.0000 and authorization for the CFO to submit the proposed millage rate, roll-back rate and date, time and place of the public hearing to consider the proposed millage rate and tentative budget to the Property Appraiser pursuant to Section 200.065, Florida Statute. |
