Steven Jay Wolk (SJW) has applied for assistance through the City of Orlando Small Business Facade Program for addition of second story balconies on front facade, new second story windows and doors and building painting for a property owned at 223-231 North Magnolia Avenue. Under the program, the City will loan 50% of the total project cost. Total loan assistance from the City shall not exceed $20,000.
