Narcoossee Cove I SPMP – The subject property is located in the Narcoossee Cove I PD and is designated as Village Center on the Southeast Orlando Sector Plan map. The subject property is located east of Narcoossee Road, south of Kirby Smith Road, west of Lake Whippoorwill and north of William Carey Drive. The site is +/-32 acres; District 1.

Request for approval of a Specific Parcel Master Plan (SPMP) for the master infrastructure which includes the construction of a master stormwater pond, a master lift station, the north-south connector roadway, two entrance roadway connections to Narcoossee Road and mass grading for Lots 1 thru 3.
