Summary:

The attached ordinance will expand the boundaries of the existing 8301 McCoy PD to include the parcel to the west at 8281 McCoy Rd.  The underlying zoning will remain AC-2/AN with restrictions on the permitted uses.

The MPB recommended approval of this request on April 18, 2017. City Council approved the meeting minutes of the April 2017 MPB hearing on May 15, 2017. 

First reading occurred at the June 19, 2017 council meeting.

Recommended Action:
Adopt the attached ordinance number 2017-30 and authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk or Mayor Pro Tempore and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City upon final review and approval by the City Attorney.
