Subject:
Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City, GOAA and Orange County relating to property along Boggy Creek Road

Summary:

Orange County is constructing improvements to Boggy Creek Road near the future intersection with the Heintzelman Extension/All Aboard Florida service road. To complete the project, the County must acquire 2.243 acres of land owned by the City of Orlando but controlled by GOAA under the Amended and Restated Operation and Use Agreement. The appraised value of the property is $461,900.00 which proceeds will be paid to GOAA.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the attached Real Estate Purchase Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
