Reclaim Water Easement Agreement between City of Orlando and Lake Nona Land Company, LLC relating to Laureate Park Village Center Phase 3
Summary:
In conjunction with development of Laureate Park Village Phase 3, Lake Nona has installed certain reclaimed water infrastructure for the City's use and operation.  Under the terms of the Easement Agreement, the City will assume ownership of the infrastructure but the City's maintenance obligations are limited to the meter assemblies.  Lake Nona will assume maintenance of  the remainder of the pipe system.  
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Operation and Maintenance costs shall be paid from Program 355, Wastewater Fund 441.
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Reclaim Water Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
