As part of a proposed development, the parties to this Easement Agreement have agreed to reconfigure an existing stormwater retention area and construct a new stormwater retention area and drainage facilities to serve the properties.  The parties may also construct and use certain roadways and driveways over the City Property to access the Kirkman Property from Kirkman Road.  The Easement Agreement is necessitated due to a St. John’s River Water Management District Environmental Resource permit.  The Agreement provides for maintenance responsibilities of each party and provides for insurance and indemnification to the City.
