Summary:
Lift Orlando Community Land, LLC has requested that OUC and the City of Orlando release an easement that was originally granted at no cost to OUC on September 9, 1965. There are no OUC facilities located within the original easement and this easement is no longer needed for OUC’s operations. A new easement will be granted by the property owner at no cost to OUC to serve the property once the property is redeveloped. The easement being released is located north of Orange Center Boulevard and east and west of Texas Avenue. |

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Release of Easement - West Lakes Phase 1 - Lift Orlando Community Land and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office. |
