Release of Easement - ICP Interchange - Suburban Land Reserve
Summary:

Suburban Land Reserve, Inc. has requested that OUC and the City of Orlando release an easement that was originally granted at no cost to OUC on March 13, 1988.  There are no OUC facilities located within the original easement and this easement is no longer needed for OUC’s operations.  The easement being released is located north of Aerospace Parkway and east of Monument Parkway.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Release of Easement - ICP Interchange - Suburban Land Reserve and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
