Subject:
Joint Project and Reimbursement Agreement for Orange County Boggy Creek Roadway Improvements and Boggy Creek Road North City Water Main Extension between City of Orlando and Crockett Development Property, LLC

Summary:

Pursuant to a Developer's Agreement between Crockett Development Property, LLC, "Crockett," and Orange County, entered into in May, 2017, Crockett is constructing a County project to improve Boggy Creek Road from Wetherbee Road to South Access Road.  Due to a conflict between the road project and an existing City wastewater line, the City is required to relocate the line.  The City has designed the wastewater relocation project and Crockett has incorporated that design into the overall road project.  The City and Crockett agree that it would be cost effective to utilize Crockett's contractor to complete both the road project and the City's wastewater project, in addition to an OUC water project that will be constructed under a separate but similar agreement between OUC and Crockett.  The estimated cost of the wastewater project is $946,175.
