Summary:

Murphy USA Real Estate LKE #21, LP, has requested that OUC and the City release a portion of an easement that was originally received at no cost to OUC on June 23, 2015.  There are no OUC facilities located within this portion of the original easement.  The portion of the easement being released is located south of Wakula Way and west of South Orange Blossom Trial.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the attached Partial Release of Easement - Oak Ridge Walmart - Murphy USA and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
