Partial Release of Easement - Rare Builders, LLC - 44 E Vanderbilt Street
Summary:

Rare Builders, LLC has requested that OUC and the City release a portion of an easement that was originally granted at no cost to OUC on January 26, 1940.  There are no OUC facilities located within this portion of the original easement and this portion of the easement is no longer needed for OUC’s operations.   The portion of the easement being released is located south of East Vanderbilt Street and west of Formosa Avenue.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the attached Partial Release of Easement - Rare Builders, LLC - 44 E Vanderbilt Street and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City of Attorney's Office.
