Release of Easement - I Drive 360
Summary:

I Drive 360 has requested that OUC release an easement that was originally granted at no cost to OUC and the City on May 13, 1985.  There are no OUC facilities located within the original easement and this easement is no longer needed for OUC’s operations.  A new easement has been acquired to serve the property.  The easement being released is located north of Via Mercado and west of Universal Boulevard.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Release of Easement - I Drive 360 and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
