Summary:

The attached ordinance will expand the boundaries of the existing 8301 Mccoy PD to include the parcel to the west at 8281 Mccoy Rd.  The underlying zoning will remain AC-2/AN with restrictions on the permitted uses.

The MPB recommended approval of this request on April 18, 2017. City Council approved the meeting minutes of the April 2017 MPB hearing on May 15, 2017.

Recommended Action:
Approve the attached ordinance number 2017-30 on first reading and request that the Mayor and the City Clerk present the draft ordinance for second reading and public hearing at the next regular City Council meeting.
