Summary:
The attached Assignment, Assumption and Amendment of Agreement for Use (the "Assignment Agreement") by and among Orlando Pro Hockey Operations, L.P., Orlando Solar Bears, LLC, and the City of Orlando would assign all of the rights and obligations of Orlando Pro Hockey Operations, L.P. (the prior owners of the Solar Bears pro hockey team) under that certain Agreement for Use of Amway Center at Orlando Venues between the City of Orlando and Orlando Pro Hockey Operations, L.P., to Orlando Solar Bears, LLC (the new owners of the Solar Bears). The Assignment Agreement also makes several minor and cost-neutral amendments to concession rights and license fees.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Assignment, Assumption and Amendment of Agreement for Use and authorizing the Mayor, Mayor Pro Tempore, or City Attorney to execute on behalf of the City.
