Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life safety, Building Code and Municipal Code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of contracting Mr. Mark Bedow to fill the Construction inspector I Electrical contract position. Mr. Bedow performs electrical field inspections to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all national, state, and local codes. This position is included in the FY2016- FY2017 budget as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about June 5, 2017 ending June 4, 2018.
