Wadeview Park Well Monitoring Easement Agreement between the City of Orlando and the St. Johns River Water Management District
Summary:
The St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) has requested an easement to manage and maintain three existing monitoring wells at Wadeview Park. The wells have existed at Wadeview Park since 2002, and the purpose of the wells is to monitor hydrogeologic conditions. Previously, the agreement for this site was a license agreement. However, SJRWMD policies now require an easement.

Approval of the attached Agreement substantially in the form attached and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute the same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office
