Employment Agreement with Tamara Reynolds as Public Works Project Coordinator
Summary:

The Public Works Department desires to renew the two year employment agreement with Tamara Reynolds as a Project Coordinator on various Public Works Department projects.  Several divisions within Public Works have ongoing and planned major projects with public impact the will benefit from extensive public outreach.  Projects such as Solid Waste Weekly Collection and Commercial and Multi-Family Recycling will last several years and involve outreach to about 65,000 customers.  Funding for public outreach and education is included in each project’s budget. 

 

Ms. Reynolds has specific knowledge and experience with City projects and extensive experience in public relations and outreach that will be invaluable to City customers.  The attached agreement runs for two (2) years after execution at an hourly rate of $30.20.  
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Funding is available in the Solid Waste Fund 
Recommended Action:
Recommend approval of the Employment Agreement with Ms. Tamara Reynolds as Public Works Project Coordinator.  Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the employment agreement subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney's Office.
