The Procurement and Contracts Division and Fire Department are requesting to utilize Orange County Contract Y15-1142-JS with Fisher Scientific, LLC of Pittsburgh, PA, for the trade-in and purchase of two hundred and twenty-eight (228) self contained breathing apparatus in the amount of $1,557,005.00.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for this commodity.

Recommended Action:

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize the Orange County Contract with Fisher Scientific, LLC as indicated above in the amount of $1,557,005.00 subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
