A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Barnes Minor Subdivision. This is a 2 lot replat to allow for future single and two family development consistent with the Land Development Code. The subject property is located south of Fairway Lane and between Par St and Dowd Ave within the College Park Neighborhood. The property is approximately 0.37 acres (SUB2017-00013)

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
