The Procurement and Contracts Division and the Office of Business and Financial Services Department  have evaluated these bids and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Benson Construction Company of Tifton, GA, for the purchase of renovating the sand bunkers on the Dubsdread Golf Course (Dubsdread) using Capillary Concrete Bunker Liner.  All Sand Bunkers will be renovated with the exception of the chipping green bunker. 

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for this commodity.

Recommended Action:

Approval of award to Benson Construction Company and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into an agreement with Benson Construction Company as indicated above in the amount of $214,250.00, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
