The Procurement and Contracts Division and the Streets and Stormwater Division have evaluated these bids and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Triumvirate Environmental, Inc., for Chemical Spills Remediation.
The initial contract term is for two (2) years with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms. This is an indefinite quantity contract. Actual expendistures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding. The estimated expenditure for the initial two year term is $336,990.00.

Recommended Action:
Approval of award to Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into an agreement and subsequent renewals with Triumvirate Environmental, Inc., as indicated above in the estimated amount of $336,990.00 for the initial two year term, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office. |
