Case No. CUP2017-00001 (Hillcrest Elementary / 1010 E. Concord St., +3.85 acres) was deferred from the April 24, 2017 City Council agenda at the request of Commissioner Patty Sheehan.
Staff has met with the applicant to address community concerns related to the parking garage structure. The applicant has provided a revised site plan with landscaping and additional building treatments for the parking garage.
Attached to this agenda item are updated architectural elevations of the proposed school. In addition to the conditions of approval contained in the staff report, this CUP is also conditioned on the school being built and maintained in substantial conformity with the attached plans and elevations. The planning official is hereby delegated authority to review and approve final building plans for conformity with this CUP and may approve minor modifications not inconsistent with the design purpose and intent of this approval. |
