Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of contracting Ms. Kaydeon Tenn-Samuda to fill the Permit Technician I Contract position. Ms. Tenn-Samuda is responsible for reviewing and issuing permit applications under the direction of the Customer Service Manager. This position is included in the FY2016 and FY2017 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about July 10, 2017 and ending July 9, 2018.
