Renewal of Employment Agreement for Plans Examiner II - Mechanical - Richard Daniels

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of the contract for Mr. Richard Daniels for the Mechanical Plans Examiner II position. Mr. Daniels will perform building safety reviews of plans and sites to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all federal, state, and local codes, regulations, ordinances, and statutes. This position is included in the FY2016 and FY2017 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about June 5, 2017 and ending June 4, 2018.
