Summary:
A Request for Qualification Statements (RQS) for the subject project was issued and on January 11, 2017, City Council authorized the Chief Procurement Officer to proceed with negotiations with CDM Smith, Inc. Negotiations have been completed and approval of the contract is now requested in the not-to-exceed amount of $695,318.54.
This contract provides for one-time construction engineering and inspection services for Vineland Road Drainage Improvements (CIP0032_P) and for Lake Greenwood to Lake Davis Drainage Improvements (CIP0015_P).
