Various Reclaimed Water Easements and Sanitary Sewer Easements between the City and Lake Nona Relating to the Sports Village
Summary:
In conjunction with development of the Sports Village at Lake Nona, Lake Nona has installed and constructed certain reclaimed water infrastructure and sanitary sewer infrastructure.  City staff have inspected this infrastructure and is prepared to assume ownership and maintenance of same under the terms of the attached easements.  
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Maintenance costs associated with the reclaimed water lines shall be paid from Wastewater Revenue Fund 4100_F.  Maintenance costs associated with the sewer lines shall be paid from WAS0007.
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Easements and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
