The subject property is located North of Nemours Parkway, East of Lake Nona Blvd and South of the Central Florida Greenway (SR 417) within the Lake Nona South Neighborhood. The property is approximately 38.22 acres (SUB2017-00021)

Recommend approval of the final major subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
