Summary:

Rick Howard has been named one of the American Public Works Association's "Top Ten Public Works Leaders for 2017."  Brian Usher, Public Works Director from the City of Largo, Florida, and Past President of the American Public Works Association will introduce and present Rick Howard with an award plaque.  A photograph will be taken with Mayor Dyer, Mr. Usher, and Rick Howard and family.

Recognition of Rick Howard as being named one of the American Public Works Association's "Top Ten Public Works Leaders for 2017."
