A request for final approval of a major plat titled Belle Vie. This is a 47 lot plat to allow for future single family residential development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan.  The subject property is located north of Dowden Road and west of Storey Park Phase 2 within the Storey Park neighborhood. The property is approximately 23.5 acres. (SUB2017-00004)

Recommend approval of the final major subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
