| | | | | | | | | Subject: | City of Orlando 2016 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) | | Summary: | The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the year ended September 30, 2016 has been completed. The CAFR also includes the financial statement of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and each of its three Redevelopment Districts (Downtown, Republic Drive, and Conroy Road), the Neighborhood Improvement District-Downtown South and the Downtown Development Board. The 2016 CAFR has been submitted to the Special Review Committee of the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada for evaluation under the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting Program.
