Summary:
The Interlocal agreement between Seminole County and the City of Orlando is for the utilization of Web EOC as our primary disaster management information system. The Web EOC system is a Statewide and Regional wide system for disaster management, information sharing, establish situational awareness and document actions taken during an event. Web EOC is National Incident Management System (NIMS) compliant and uses the Incident Command System forms.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Inter local and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City of Orlando. The Interlocal Agreement subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
