Summary:
Per Florida Statutes, Section 166.0451, every three years each local government must prepare an inventory of real property to which the local government holds fee simple title and is appropriate for use as affordable housing. The inventory must include the address and legal description of each property and specify whether the property is vacant or improved. In addition, the local government must hold a public hearing and adopt a resolution that includes the inventory list. |

Recommended Action:
(1) Approve the inventory list of real property to which the City of Orlando holds fee simple title and is appropriate for use as affordable housing; and (2) Adopt the corresponding Resolution. |
