Resolution supporting Central Florida Expressway Authority purchasing portions of SR 528, SR 429, and SR 417 currently owned by the Florida Department of Transportation
Summary:
The Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX), created in 2014, has expressed an interest in purchasing FDOT's toll roads within CFX jurisdiction.  Central Floridians would be better served if the local toll roads were owned and operated by CFX, Central Florida's local toll agency, to address the needs of the community, workforce and visitors.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached resolution and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City of Orlando.
