2017 Historic Preservation Awards
Summary:

 Presenting the Annual Historic Preservation Awards, which recognize property owners who have taken an active role in preserving and protecting the integrity of the City’s historic districts. Richard Forbes, Historic Preservation Officer, will give a brief presentation regarding National Historic Preservation Month and present images of the award winning buildings. Mayor Dyer and Commissioner Sheehan will present an Award Certificate to each award recipient.

The awards will be presented as follows:

1. Mayor Dyer will introduce Richard Forbes, Historic Preservation Officer.

2. Mr. Forbes will give a brief presentation regarding National Historic Preservation Month and present images of the award winning buildings.

3. Mayor Dyer will then present an Award Certificate to each award recipient.

4. Photos will be taken.

5. Mayor Dyer will thank everyone who nominated projects and for their time and contributions in recognizing the importance of Historic Preservation to the City of Orlando.

Three awards will be presented.
