Summary:
Fleet and Facilities Management Division is requesting to utilize Orlando Utilities Commission’s Contract # RFP16 4218-2 OQ with All Terrain Tractor Service of Orange City, Florida, for the purchase of Asphalt and Concrete Services.
The current contract term is effective through December 31, 2019 and there is the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. This is an indefinite quantity contract. Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding. Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $300,000.00.
There are no City Certified M/WBE firms registered as providers for furnishing and installing concrete and asphalt. |
