Summary:

The City owns property located at 317 South Tampa Avenue, part of the former Tinker Field site.  The Florida Department of Environmental Protection, "FDEP," and its contractor, Universal Solutions, Inc., have requested permission to enter a small portion of the property, located at the southeast corner of Church Street and Tampa Avenue, to conduct investigation and remediation activities at no cost to the City.  The source of the contamination is not a City owned parcel.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the attached License Agreement and Agreement for Permission to Enter Property and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
