Bill of Sale/AFP 109, Corp. - Relating to Transfer of Sewer Line Ownership/Maintenance
Summary:

In conjunction with redevelopment of the former Marriott property in downtown Orlando, AFP 109, Corp., "Owner," has requested that the City transfer an existing sewer line that crosses the property to Owner.  Upon transfer, Owner will assume responsibility for repair, maintenance and operation of the sewer line.  City staff have no objection to the transfer.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Bill of Sale and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
